Wendago,
I have an Entertainment Attorney in L.A. that would like to pitch my script for me, would that be a good idea? Being an attorney should he require a retainer fee?
My lawyer gets 5% of everything. That means he doens't get paid until I get paid. If I don't get paid he gets 5% of nothing.

Why is he pitching for you?

Why doesn't he just set the meetings for you to do the pitches?

He is an entertainment Attorney that represents artist from music to film. As my rep. he would pitch and set up any supsequent meetings. I have had contact with several of his clients and have checked his history with the California bar, he has had no complaints or discipline since 1993 when he joined the bar.
He sounds great. Slightly more hands-on than my lawyers but there's nothing wrong with that. If he's asking for 5% then you can't really lose. He don't get paid until you get paid.

If he's asking for money up front...I'd probably walk away.
Thanks Wendago, Keep on keepin on.
As a side note, I have started my first "Original" script using Dramatica, It has been a big help in building characters relationships with eachother and the storyweaving has given me a base to start with, keeping my ideas straight. so far I give Dramatica two big thumbs up! I'm 6'5" 270 so them are some big thumbs!
I could take ya.

Here's a good story for you about Q2
On the server I played on, downloads had to be enabled, so anyone comming to that server had to download whatever skin we were using.
It was a rude awakening for some of the server surfers when they would pop in thinking they were gonna go on a frag fest, well they would get their asses handed to them, and would leave whinning about people camping when, in fact, we would follow them. To bad they couldn't see us with our invisable skin.
That was fun to pull on the groups of people that surfed just to screw with people.
