I was just noticing, on your journal, that all of your screenshots have your UI in the shots, if you press "Alt-z" it will all dissappear and give you clean snapshots ... and of course "Alt-z" again to bring it back.

I have Alt-Z'd from time to time but normally I'm just too lazy.
