Hey, everyone...

Just wondering if anyone out there watches NAVY NCIS... I absolutely love the show, though I usually have to wind up recording it and watching it a day later.

Not this past episode, but the episode from almost two weeks ago had something that made me piss my pants...

Abby, the goth-y chick who works in the lab (played brilliantly by Pauley Perrette), was trying to decipher some sort of sound, and she mentioned it "...sounds like Friday the 13th". Gibbs (played by Mark Harmon) looked confused, and Abby went on to explain exactly what "Friday the 13th" was...

She went through the whole history, about Jason drowning, his mother avenging him, being decapitated, but Jason wasn't really dead, but then he died, and then he came back as a zombie, and then he went to space!!!!

I about DIED! JASON X GETTING SOME PROPS!!!! Granted, it's not like she gushed about it, saying it was the best thing since sliced tofu, but at least someone on a "Hollywood" show didn't slag either the Friday the 13th series, or Jason X!

So, take a bow Mr. Farmer! You're time has come... *LAUGHS*

Ok, perhaps that isn't true. But it made me chuckle.

Yeah, nice to see Friday getting some pops and it's a nice character beat for the goth girl. It basically says, "This girl is good at her job but she's freaky." Nothing wrong with freaky in my book.

I watch that show with my girlfriend all the time. As soon as Abby's little speech was over, Amanda looked at me and said "You loved that, didn't you".
